Visitor Performance
The number of visitors increased significantly by approximately 28% compared to the previous event, indicating that expectations for Japan‘s only exhibition specializing in anti-terrorism have been increasing year by year. Many visitors regarded the exhibition as an important annual opportunity to gather information, leading to a high rate of repeating visits.
Visitor’s Breakdown by Industry
About 90% of exhibitors answered that the results of the exhibition “More than expected and Good as expected” The high quality of business negotiations and information exchange was evident in the comments such as, “We were able to secure many deals that led to business negotiations and contracts,” and “Many visitors had issues to be addressed.” Many exhibitors found the exhibition to be very rewarding, and the exhibition has earned a positive reputation as a venue for business negotiations, PR and marketing that can produce excellent results.

As shown on the right, back and side panels and booth number plate are going to be provided.
*Carpet is going to be provided for all booths (The color is selectable)
*Panels are not going to be provided for island booths.
*Panels are not going to be provided on aisle-sides for corner booths
3 types are available:
• Single-row
• Double-row (Available for 4 booths or more)
• Island (Available for 12 booths or more)
*1 - 3 booths will be planned as a single-row booth.

②Show invitation *Quantity is determined by booth size.
③Operation and promotion of the exhibition by the organizer
④Exposure through exhibitors list on official website and handouts
⑤Safety management and security guard fees by the organizer
①Decoration, construction, and operation fee of exhibitor's own booths
②Construction fee and any other charge of electricity, water, gas, etc. for exhibitor's own booth
③Fee of advertisement (Exhibitor Seminar, etc.)
④Damage insurance on exhibits, etc.
⑤Expense for injuries arising during exhibition, demonstration or transporting of exhibits, etc.
⑥Expense for renovating booth decoration, structure, etc. required by regulations and exhibition rules.
⑦Other expense not listed on “2) Included in Exhibit Space Fee”
After acceptance of application,
the organizer will issue an invoice to the applicant.
*Cash remittance in Japanese Yen only
*Bank charge is to be paid by the applicant along with exhibit space fee.
(Chargeable JPY 10,000 for each bank remittance.)
Fill in, sign, and seal the application form, and send it to the SEECAT Management Office.
No need to submit the original copy of your signed and sealed application form.
