Guidance for Visitor’s Declaration　｜　How to declare　｜　How to enter on the day of the exhibition

1): Visitors who would like to attend the exhibition are required to submit a declaration in
advance regarding the purpose of their visit and description of their daily business activities.
The organizer will review the contents of the declaration, and permit entry to only those whose declarations are deemed acceptable.

2): People who are permitted admittance can also enter RISCON TOKYO and
ASREX for free of charge.

1): Click the "Declaration Form" button below.

2): Fill in the declaration form and click the "Declare" button.

3): The organizer will review the contents of the declaration, and issue entrance permission if those whose declarations are deemd appropriate.

People permitted admittance through the declaration process must show the following all documents at the registration counter in order to confirm identity

1): Printed ENTRANCE PERMISSION

2): Passport

3): Business card of individual specifying affiliated agency or company name
