Merits of Exhibiting
This is the only specialized exhibition in Japan that brings the latest equipment and information on anti-terrorism under one roof. The exhibition presents an excellent opportunity for companies to enter the growing Japanese anti-terrorism market.
Admittance to this exhibition is restricted to individuals involved in anti-terrorism, such as those in charge of risk management at important facilities, and personnel from the government administration office and prefectural/municipal governments. The restriction on admittance makes it possible to exhibit high-level equipment and products that cannot be disclosed to the public. It also allows companies to carry out highly concentrated business negotiations with visitors who come to the exhibition with a specific purpose.
Attendance by personnel with top-level purchasing authority, who are typically difficult to get into contact with, is guaranteed through connections with relevant ministries and government offices formed through RISCON. For this reason, the exhibition will provide a rare opportunity for displaying your company's products and services which are normally difficult to describe to these key attendees and have them consider purchasing them.

2.Application Deadline
( Applications will be closed prior to the deadline once all booths are booked. )

4.Withholding or Revocation of Application
In case the organizer judges the exhibit is inappropriate for this exhibition, the organizer may withhold or revoke the application.
5.Payment of Exhibit Space Fee
After the approval for the contents of application form, the organizer will send you an invoice. Please pay your exhibit space fee by June 30 (Mon.), 2008
Japanese Yen cash remittance only. (Bank charges must be paid by applicants.)
6.Cancellation
Once an application is accepted no withdrawal is allowed as a general rule. If the organizer deems it legitimate, however, application may be withdrawn with payment of prescribed cancellation charge.

7.Basic Booth
A basic booth is shown on the right. The organizer will provide a back panel, side panels and booth number plate. Carpets will be provided for all booths. |

8.Booth Type
Available 3 booth types ( refer to application form ) :
-Single-row booths, double-row-booths, ( applicable for 4 booths or more ),
Island booths ( applicable for 12 booths or more ( scheduled ) )

9.Booth Allotment
The Organizer decides booth allocation taking into consideration the exhibits, number of booths and demonstration plans, etc.
10.Not Included in the Exhibit Fee:
- Booth decoration and operation expenses.
- Installation and usage fee of telephone and utilities.
- Damage insurance for the exhibits, etc.
- Expense for injuries arising during exhibition or while transporting equipment.
- Renovating exhibits and decorations, etc., required by regulations and exhibition rules.
- Other expenses not included in the basic booth.
